Requirements for Parents and Grandparents Program (PGP)
To sponsor your parents or grandparents for the PGP, you need to:
- If you’re a Canadian citizen, a resident of Canada, or if you’re registered as an Indian under
- Canadian law, you may qualify for citizenship.
- have been invited to apply for a job;
- You must be at least 18 years old;
- You must live in Canada
- have enough money to support your parents and grandparents.
- meet all other requirements under Canada’s immigration laws and regulations.
